Activity 1-
Here are the videos -
Golden Harvest
Ray Columbus and the Invaders
The New Zealand Underdogs
1st -
Ray Columbus and the Invaders.
They were funny. Espacily with their dance moves. The guitar man on the top left, he kept swinging side to side. The enthusiasm was good, unlike the other two songs. It also sounded (the beginning) like a theme song. I rate it a 7/10 for singing, 9/10 for comedy and a 8/10 for overall performance. That gives an average of 8/10.
2nd -
Golden Harvest.
I found it ok and all. I have no idea why they called it the 'Golden Harvest'. The never (as far as I heard) said that in the song. Unless it their name of the band. Their voices showed effort, but not excitement. I give it a 6/10 for singing, 7/10 for comedy and a 6/10 for overall performance. That gives it an average of 6/10.
3rd -
The New Zealand Underdogs.
What was that????????? The beginning instrument started to hurt my ears. Their voices showed no emotion whatsoever. I didn't even last 2 mins before I left. Their instrument noises drowned out their voices a bit. I give it a 4/10 for singing, a 4/10 for comedy and a 5/10 for overall performance. That gives it an average of 4/10.
Final Standings-
1st - 8/10
2nd - 6/10
3rd - 4/10

Hi there Lauren,
ReplyDeleteJade F here from the Summer Learning Journey! Well done on completing another set of activities. Great job in ranking the three clips. It looks very well organised, with well supported reasons behind each clip and I like how you did a final standings as well. Fantastic!
Keep up the amazing work Lauren!
Jade F :)
