Summer Learning Journey:Day 2, Part 1
Over the past 17 years New Zealand has experienced a number of sporting highlights, perhaps none larger than the back-to-back Rugby World Cup victories in 2011 and 2015. In both competitions our national rugby team, the All Blacks, was captained by a man named Richie McCaw. He is arguably one of the best rugby players of all time. A movie called Chasing Great was recently created to document his incredible rugby career. Our first task is to watch it and write down three things 3 did not know about Richie McCaw beforehand.

ReplyDeleteIt's very interesting to hear about Richie McCaw and how he used to not be that good at the sport that's he well known for now. That really does show you that practice makes perfect! If you had to ask Richie McCaw a question about his life or his career what would you ask him?
