As a team I think we did pretty well and some things we can do to work on in the future are to shift the roles of pack up like one week someone did clearing the table down and someone was drying the dishes, to switch it around next week. Before a practical we needed to clean the table and wash our hands. Have our hair tied up and apron on and clean. After practicals we had to first clean the table with water and then with detergent after. Someone had to do the dishes, someone to dry it and another to put it away. Leave new towels for the next people going into the kitchen after us. We had to leave the kitchen the way we found it so the next group can do their practical without having to clean up any excess mess.
The first practical we did was Savory Bread Cases. It was simply bread with spaghetti and cheese and put in the oven. Here is the recipe for it-
Something we had to be mindful of were hygiene and safety. For hygiene we had to make sure our hands were clean and washed and that the utensils we used were also clean before and after use. For safety we had to make sure that we used oven mitts while taking things in and out of the oven. We had to carry a knife carefully while walking and also while using it.
Bacteria is a thing that comes along with just about anything. Bacteria can make you sick and cause you stomach aches. They can come around in just about every form and way possible and can easily adapt to the different conditions. Some everyday ways we spread bacteria around are simple things like contact, dirty things and even in the air we breath.
