Role on the Wall

For drama we are looking at becoming a character to be in a play. We had a choice of just about anything to choose from. Once we had an idea we have to answer some questions about what our characters personality is like. First of all, I choose to base my idea on a ballerina. I kinda like the idea of her name as 'Emily' or 'Ashleigh'.

1) How Do People See Your Character?
a. She is a timid little girl that has always been an aspiring ballerina since a young age and was always hoping for lessons. She finally got the lessons but no she doesn't have any confident left in her after she had her first lesson with a super strict teacher that smashed the hopes and dreams out of her.

2) Thoughts Your Character Has.
Whoa, look at her. She's so pretty and her body is so slim. It'd be perfect for ballet! Wow, look at her friend. Her posture is on point and her every movements flow so well and their graceful as well! She must be a ballerina for sure, I mean look at her strong slender legs. Ugh, I'm so jealous. I'll never end up being like her, even if she isn't a ballerina. I guess somethings some more natural that others :(

3) Feelings.
a. Shy
b. Nervous.
c. No self confidence.
d. Doubt.
e. Timid

4) Emotions.
a. Annoyed.
b. Upset.
c. Jealous.
d. Disappointed.

5) How Does The Character Act?
Looks at the physical appearance of every girl that walks past and makes an assumptions about how well and flexible they would be. Sparks up at the sound of dance and is delighted by dancing but hates to admit it. Although she has no self confidence she still wants to dance in a school play or any performance in general.

6) How Does She Dress?
Literally will be seen wearing shorts and t-shirts at home and possibly also on a trip to the mall. Other wise tights and a t-shirt with a hoodie over top. At dance she wears white stockings, either an appropriate dress or simply a shirt with shorts and skirts, as required for the uniform. Hair will be in bun or low pony tail at dance otherwise she'll have her hair down, in a high ponytail or a high half up half down. Loves to wear eyeliner (liquid and pencil) whenever appropriate.
