Prisms

In Maths we've been looking at 3-D shapes, especially prisms. We learnt how to find the volume of those shapes. A volume is basically how much capacity a 3-D shape can hold. The formula for finding the volume of a cuboid/cube is base x height x length. Then add the units given in the problem and add a tiny '3' (standing for cubed). The formula for finding the volume of a triangular prism is first finding the area of a face which is base x height divided by 2. The that answer times the length of the prism. Once again, apply the given units and add 'cubed' next to it.
