Linocut

For art we are looking at linocut designs. We are doing our name or initial as a draft copy. Here is a video of someone doing Linocut on youtube-

Some requirements that are needed to create a logo are-

1) You need to start your drafts copies on paper.

2) Start with simple shapes on your design.

3) Use black and white colours. If you focus too much on the right shade of colour, you won't get your work done.

4) Have at least 4-6 goes at your design. You may like one part of it but not another. Have a play around.
