Drama Performance Ideas

Our task for drama today is to find 3 songs from musicals that we might perform as a whole class number for our end of term performance. My first choice is 'Revolting Children' from the musical Matilda. Here is the performance-

My second choice is School song, again from Matilda-

My last choice is It's A Hard Knock Life from Annie-

I chose Revolting Children because it is jazzy and bouncy. I like the choreography for the moves and it fits well with the song. It was well organized and overall I enjoyed it. That would be my first choice.

I chose School Song because it is a fast paced song and a creative one. I didn't really understand the back story but it was creative, I'll give them that. There is some good choreography there. that is my second choice.

I chose It's A Hard Knock Life because it is a good dancing song. It would make a good scene because the music is jumpy. It would have to be a jumpy choreography to match the music. It would be a fun challenge. That would be my third choice.
