Last term we were doing a Cinquain Poem about winter. A cinquain poem is five lined poem. One word at the top is the title. The second line is two adjectives that describe the subject. Third line is three verbs. The fourth line is a four word sentence to do with the subject, and the last line is a synonym. A synonym is a word that means the same as a word but is a different word.
Here is my cinquain poem:
Snowman
Snowman
Squishy, freezing
Dressing, playing, building
Snowmen are great fun
Snow
