In term two we were learning about heroes and this has carried on to term three. We decided to enter the Digi Awards because the topic relates to our subject, Heroes. The whole class wrote a poem about heroes to help the people who are going to make a song for the digital dig.
Here is my poem:
Hero Poem
Everyday Heroes keep us safe
They help us to have some faith.
Some Everyday Heroes can be our family
They can be our hero if they play fairly.
One trustful hero can be our friend
Because they always have a hand to lend.
My Personal Hero is my mum
Because she is as sweet as a plum.
My other hero is my dad
Because he is always glad!
An everyday hero can be a special animal
Like a guide dog, they are very valuable.
Anyone can be caring
Doesn't matter what you are wearing.
