Gymnastics

 In PE we did some gymnastics with the gymnastics equipment that was set up in the gym. My favourite equipment to go on is the floor because I like to tumble about on the ground. Although it's been a very long time since I last practised gymnastics, I was still able to perform some skills such as handstands and tumbling. I used to have really good flexibility can do oversplits on a chair but since it's been so long since I last stretch, I found it pretty hard to do it on a stool today. A skill that I did today was a round-off followed by two back hand-springs. However, I didn't attempt many skills today because I have a sore neck. I thought I couldn't even do anything simple like a handstand because it hurt when I was trying to mount the beam. Next week, I would be fine doing gymnastics again for PE.
